Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age may be requested before a prize is awarded.
• Competitions are open to UK residents unless otherwise stated on the competition page.
• Only one registered account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and any related entries voided.
• Employees of Clyver Comps, or anyone professionally connected to the running of competitions, are not eligible to enter.

Payments

• All competition entries must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the competition by Clyver Comps.
• If an online wallet or credit balance is provided, it may only be applied towards future competitions and holds no cash value.

The Prize

Each prize will be exactly as described on the relevant competition page at clyvercomps.com.

Some competitions may also include an alternative cash prize, which will be clearly stated on the competition page. The winner must notify us of their choice within five working days of being contacted.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, unless otherwise agreed by Clyver Comps.

If the advertised prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute it with a cash amount of equal or greater value.

Competition Closing Dates & Extensions

Each competition will display a Closing Date on its dedicated page.

If 100% of entries are not sold by the Closing Date, we may extend the competition up to four times, with each extension not exceeding the original competition duration.

The competition will never be extended beyond the Longstop Date shown on the competition page.

If the maximum number of entries is not sold by the Longstop Date, the winner will receive either:

the advertised prize (subject to substitution rules), or

the alternative cash prize (if offered), or

a prize equal to a percentage of total ticket sales, as stated on the competition page.

The Draw & Winners

All draws will be carried out fairly and transparently, either live-streamed online or using a secure automated system.

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

Clyver Comps’ decision regarding the draw and results is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be contacted via the email address registered on their account. Please ensure your details are correct and up to date.

Within seven days of the draw, the winner’s first name, county, and ticket number will be published on the competition page.

By entering, you agree that Clyver Comps may use your name, image, and county of residence in winner announcements and for reasonable promotional purposes.

Claiming and Delivery of Prizes

Winners must claim their prize within 21 days of being notified.

If a prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

Prizes will be delivered or made available for collection within 14 days of being claimed, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery will be arranged by Clyver Comps, at no additional cost to the winner, unless special arrangements or redeliveries are requested.

For vehicle prizes, ownership will be transferred via official documentation, and the winner will be responsible for taxing and insuring the vehicle once received.

Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Clyver Comps accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from participation in competitions or acceptance of prizes, unless caused by our negligence.

Clyver Comps is not responsible for:

• entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to network issues,
• technical failures of the website or payment systems, or
• inaccurate information provided by entrants.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Data Protection and Privacy

We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By entering, you consent to us using your details to administer the competition, contact winners, and deliver prizes.

Winners’ details may be shared with delivery partners or third-party suppliers if necessary to fulfil the prize.

By registering, you also agree to receive promotional emails, including newsletters and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

General

Clyver Comps reserves the right to:

• cancel or amend competitions where necessary,
• disqualify entries that breach these terms, and
• refuse entry to anyone attempting to manipulate or unfairly influence results.
• Competitions may be withdrawn or cancelled in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Only you and Clyver Comps have rights under these Terms & Conditions. No third party may enforce them.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
